Most Hoarding Cleanup calls come from a family member, landlord, or the individual themselves, often after years of the situation building up. Our Vineyard crews approach every job with patience.
Talk To A Technician
Hoarding cleanups require more than labor — they require a structured process that protects both belongings and the people involved.
Every technician carries an active bloodborne pathogen certification for any biohazard material uncovered, and full liability insurance covers the job.
Because we station technicians near Vineyard, scheduling stays flexible around the client's timeline.
We quote the Hoarding Cleanup job after assessing scope in person, so Vineyard clients know the cost before work starts.
Every Vineyard crew is equipped to identify and separate biohazard material from salvageable belongings safely.
No two Hoarding Cleanup calls in Vineyard look the same, so our team assesses the property first, then proposes a phased plan.
Belongings are sorted methodically into salvage, donate, and dispose categories, with the client involved in decisions wherever possible.
Contamination found during sorting — from pests, spoiled food, or other biohazard material — is identified and remediated using certified protocols.
Mold growth hidden behind stacked belongings is common in long-term hoarding situations and gets flagged for remediation as it's uncovered.
Rodent or insect activity found during a cleanup is documented and coordinated with a pest control partner alongside the sort.
The final phase includes sanitizing surfaces that contamination reached during the accumulation period.
Salvageable items are coordinated for donation, while non-salvageable material is disposed of properly, including any regulated biohazard waste.
A dispatcher takes your call at +1-844-401-0166 and schedules an in-person walkthrough at a time that works for you.
A technician visits your Vineyard property at the scheduled time to walk through the space and understand the scope firsthand.
On-site, the crew assesses clutter level, biohazard risk, and structural concerns, then gives a firm quote.
Work is completed in phases with client input throughout, closing with a final walkthrough and sanitization confirmation.
